Question 1

Are you bonded and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We carry full liability insurance and our team members are bonded. We are happy to share documentation upon request.

Question 2

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We arrive with everything we need including our own vacuums, mops, cloths, and cleaning products. If you prefer we use specific products you already have, just let us know.

Question 3

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. Many of our recurring Thornton and Denver Metro clients give us a key or lockbox code so we can clean while they are at work. We follow your instructions for entry and security.

Question 4

Do you offer eco-friendly cleaning products?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Eco-friendly products are available on request for $15 per visit, safe for kids, pets, and anyone with sensitivities. Add them as an extra when you request your quote.

Question 5

How do you handle pets in the home?

Accepted Answer

We love pets. Let us know about your animals when you book so our team can plan around them, and we can use pet-safe products throughout your home.

Question 6

What if I am not happy with my cleaning?

Accepted Answer

At the end of every visit, we do a final walkthrough with you, you sign a Completion and Satisfaction Form, and we fix anything you list before we leave whenever possible. If you are not home, or an issue could not reasonably be seen during the walkthrough, let us know within 24 hours and we come back to re-clean those areas at no extra charge.

Question 7

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

Accepted Answer

Life happens. Reschedule or cancel for free with at least 48 hours notice, just text or call us. Notice counts when we receive your call, text, or email, including outside business hours. Between 24 and 48 hours before your clean, there is a $50 late cancellation fee. With less than 24 hours notice, including the same day, the fee is $100, since we have already reserved your team's time. If we are locked out or cannot get in after waiting 15 minutes, up to 50% of the booked price applies. Recurring clients need the same 48 hours notice to skip, reschedule, or cancel a visit.

Question 8

How far in advance do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

We try to accommodate your schedule. For first-time cleans, one week notice is ideal. Recurring clients are scheduled on a regular rotation so you never have to think about it.

Question 9

Do you offer recurring service discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Clients on a weekly or every two weeks schedule receive better per-visit pricing than one-time cleans. Ask about our recurring rates when you request a quote.

Question 10

Are your cleaners background-checked?

Accepted Answer

Every team member passes a background check before they are sent into a client home. We take trust seriously because we know you are.

Question 11

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

We serve the entire Denver Metro area from our home base in Thornton, Colorado. Our coverage includes Thornton, Westminster, Broomfield, Arvada, Aurora, Centennial, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker, Lakewood, Lone Tree, Golden, Brighton, and Commerce City.

Question 12

Do you offer post-construction cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We handle post-construction and renovation cleaning for new builds, remodels, and fix-and-flip properties across the Denver Metro area. We offer rough clean, final clean, and touch-up clean phases. Contact us with your project details and we will put together a custom scope and quote.

Question 13

Do you work with realtors on listing cleanings?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We partner with realtors and sellers across Denver Metro to deliver photo-ready and showing-ready cleans before every listing goes live. We offer same-day and next-day turnarounds and can become your go-to cleaning partner for every listing.

Question 14

Do you clean apartments and condos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We provide cleaning for apartments, condos, studios, and high-rise units across Denver Metro. We understand the logistics of apartment living including building sign-ins, elevator access, and quiet hours. We work with individual renters, condo owners, and property managers.

Question 15

Do you offer Airbnb and vacation rental cleaning?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer fast, reliable turnover cleaning for short-term rentals across Denver Metro. We handle linen changes, restocking, and can send photo confirmation after each clean so you know your space is guest-ready before you list it as available.
